Luxe City Cleaning LLC (“Luxe City Cleaning,” “we,” “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us for a quote or book a service, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service address where the work would be performed
- The type of service you are asking about
- Any details you choose to share about the property or the job
When you submit a form on a social media platform. We advertise on platforms including Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and Google. If you fill out a lead form inside one of those platforms, that platform passes us the information you entered, which is typically your name, phone number, email address, and your answers to our questions. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to that interaction.
When you visit our website. Our website may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us understand how the site is used.
Advertising pixels. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who saw an ad later asked for a quote. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit on our site. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your browser settings.
When you call or text us. We keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up and service your account.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your request and give you a price
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on cleaning services
- Send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates
- Send invoices and process payment
- Answer questions and resolve problems
- Improve our services and our advertising
Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages to people who ask for them, for example by checking the text message box on one of our website forms, or by texting us first.
- What you will get: replies to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional offers.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.

- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers that deliver our messages for us may process your number only to send them.
Stopping texts does not cancel a job you already booked. We will reach you by phone or email instead.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
We share it only in these situations:
- With our cleaning staff, limited to what they need to perform your job, such as the address and access instructions.
- With service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling software, payment processors, and email or text providers. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or to protect the safety or rights of a person or of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and afterward only as long as we need it for business records, tax and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you

California residents

- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
