These terms apply to your use of www.luxecitycleaning.com and to cleaning services booked with Luxe City Cleaning LLC (“Luxe City Cleaning,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website and in quotes are flat prices based on the details you give us, such as home size, condition and the service you choose. If the home is very different from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree on any change with you. Recurring discounts apply while the recurring schedule continues.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellations
A booking is confirmed once we confirm your date and arrival window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can by calling or texting (213) 787-7814 or emailing support@luxecitycleaning.com.
Payment
Payment is due after the cleaning is done unless we agree otherwise. We may ask for a card on file to hold a booking. You are not charged until the service is complete.
Text messaging program (SMS terms)
- Program: Luxe City Cleaning sends text messages to people who opt in. Service messages include replies to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. If you also opt in to offers, you may receive occasional promotional messages.
- How to opt in: check the text message box(es) on one of our website forms, or text us first. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, call or text (213) 787-7814, or email support@luxecitycleaning.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
